Aged more than 4 years in charred new American oak barrels. Comingled and proofed to our signature 49.3% ABV using pure, natural limestone Hummel Spring water. Never chill-filtered or treated in any way to diminish its robust & spicy flavor. |
| Taste Notes | A honeyed cereal grain greets one’s nose with notes of cinnamon and baking spices. This rye whiskey deliciously coats the tongue with a viscous mouthfeel. White pepper and spice combine with a hint of Cocoa and dried fruit. This rye finishes with a nice heat that finishes with a warm mid chest hug. The Finish of this Rye stays with you.
